First Team v Illingworth

Follifoot slipped to their 3rd successive defeat away at Illingworth.

Having lost the toss in a reduced overs game, Follifoot posted a competitive 156 – 5 from 30 overs. Opener Robinson scoring an excellent 59 and Sweeney a 25 ball 52.

Illingworth were always in the hunt having been reduced to 27-2 in the sixth over. A 3rd wicket partnership of 89 left Illingworth needing 54 off the last 10 overs. Despite a couple of run-outs the home side achieved their total with 4 balls to spare.
